About the album
Edit
The album is a recording of Duran Duran's performance at the Zepp, a 2,700 capacity theatre located outside the city center. This was the only show in Japan on the tour.
The show began with instrumental music, followed by Duran Duran appearing several minutes later to perform "The Valley", from the Red Carpet Massacre album. The fourth song saw the audience erupt when Simon Le Bon asked "Is there anybody hungry?", as the intro to "Hungry Like the Wolf".
The band left the stage after "A View to a Kill", so equipment could be set up for their electro set. With two keyboards and an electronic drum kit, the four original members then performed a medley of tracks dressed in black, that featured new versions of "All She Wants Is" and "Skin Trade".
The final part of the show included band introduction during "Girls on Film".
Ticket prices for the event cost around 8,500 Japanese Yen.
The concert flyer features photography by Stephanie Pistel.
