The Power Station: 1985 US Press Pack is a promotional-only item released in the USA by Capitol Records during 1985.
About the press pack[]
The press pack was issued to the media in the USA to promote The Power Station's debut album, The Power Station.
The item included four 12" square printed information cards with pictures, biographies and other information about the band. There was also a 6-page press release printed on Capitol Records headed paper and two 10"x8" black and white publicity photographs featuring photography by Brian Aris.
These items were originally all housed in a custom printed PVC outer sleeve, with The Power Station 8-track 12" vinyl album featuring a gold promo stamped picture sleeve.
