The Dawnseeker is the debut album by Sleepthief, released by Neurodisc Records on 27 June 2006. The album features a cover version of Duran Duran's "The Chauffeur".

The album covers electronica genres from drum-and-bass to ambient music, that incorporates vocals from a wide variety of female singers.

Sleepthief is an American electronic music recording project formed by producer and composer Justin Elswick, who began writing music for the album ten years prior to its release.

Also included on the album is a cover version of Berlin's 1983 single "The Metro", with vocals performed by Jerri Eckert.
