This is a live acoustic version of "Save A Prayer" performed by Duran Duran at The Secret Policeman's Third Ball, London Palladium in London, UK.

The event was staged over four consecutive nights from 26th to 29th of March 1987.

The show was held to benefit Amnesty International and featured musical acts such as Bob Geldof, Peter Gabriel, Jackson Browne, Lou Reed, David Gilmour, Mark Knopfler, Joan Armatrading and Duran Duran.

There were also comedic performers familiar primarily with British audiences including Stephen Fry & Hugh Laurie, Mel Smith & Griff Rhys Jones, Lenny Henry, Ben Elton and Robbie Coltrane.

The single was released to promote The Secret Policeman's Third Ball album and video.
