Rare Live Tapes is an unofficial compilation album, featuring a collection of Duran Duran and band related recordings from 1980 to 1995.

About the albumEdit

The album includes Simon Le Bon performing "I'm Your Man" with the British duo George Michael and Andrew Ridgeley, during Wham!'s final concert at London's Wembley Stadium in 1986. This track also features guest Sir Elton John.

The compilation also features Lou Reed performing "Sweet Jane" with Duran Duran during The Strange Behaviour Tour, at the Beacon Theatre benefit show in New York on 31 August 1987.
