Madeleine Farley is a British photographer, artist, cartoonist and filmmaker based in London (UK), who has worked with Duran Duran.
In 2001 she staged an exhibition in Los Angeles (USA) called Movie Tips with her blowup photos of classic movie moments, including the shower scene from the film Psycho with Janet Leigh and Anthony Perkins. The movie moments are reconstructed using Q-Tips (cotton ear buds). Among the movie stars who visited the exhibition were Tom Hanks, George Clooney, Salma Hayek and Ed Norton.
Madeleine's first film as director was the 2004 documentary Trollywood, which goes behind the scenes to explore life on the street with some of Los Angeles homeless. The film won an award for best documentary at the Cinemanila Film Festival in 2004.
Madeleine is currently working on her first feature film, a love story set in London's Soho and starring Lucy Davis from the TV show The Office (UK).
