Luke Morley (born 19 June 1960 in Camberwell, London, UK) is best known as the lead guitarist, chief songwriter and producer with rock band Thunder which originally formed in 1989 when his previous band Terraplane broke up. Luke co-wrote the songs "She's So Fine" and "Until My Dying Day" with Andy Taylor for Thunder's first album Backstreet Symphony issued in 2000, and in 2001 he released a solo album plus two records with Thunder's singer Danny Bowes under the name Bowes and Morley.

Morley was also part of the live band for the reformed Power Station, with members of Duran Duran including Andy Taylor who he had previously worked with co-writing material and when Andy was also producing for Thunder. In 1999 Luke and Andy released the EP called The Spanish Sessions, co-producing, performing and writing the album with Andy. Other joint material from the two features on the 2006 album Dream Boyz.
