Live At The BBC 1981 is an unofficial DVD, featuring a collection of British TV promo performances by Duran Duran recorded in 1981.

About the DVDEdit

The DVD features some of earliest television appearances by Duran Duran, from four TV shows. The compilation includes a recording from Top of the Pops aired on 19 March 1981, featuring the band's debut single "Planet Earth".

Also included is Duran Duran's first ever performance on the late night music show Old Grey Whistle Test, with performances of "Night Boat" and "Anyone Out There" introduced by Annie Nightingale. This footage was released on the Duran Duran: Special Editions (2 CD/DVD).

There is also a recording of "Planet Earth" from Cheggers Plays Pop, introduced by Keith Chegwin.
