Live Aid: The Global Jukebox Vol. 1 is an unofficial double 12" vinyl album featuring Duran Duran, recorded during Live Aid at Wembley Stadium in London, UK and the JFK Stadium in Philadelphia, USA on 13 July 1985.

About the albumEdit

The album includes Duran Duran's complete performance recorded at the JFK Stadium. This was the band's final show featuring the original five band members until 2003.

The event was organised by Bob Geldof and Midge Ure to raise funds for famine relief in Ethiopia, which was billed as the 'global jukebox'. Concerts were held simultaneously in London attended by 82,000 people and the USA attended by about 99,000 people. There were also other shows held around the world.

Also included are two tracks by The Power Station, performed with singer Michael Des Barres.
