About the album[]
The album features tracks from Jimmy Kimmel Live!, recorded at the El Capitan Theatre in Los Angeles, CA, USA. Jimmy Kimmel Live! is an American late-night hour-long talk show that aires on ABC, which features musical guests performing on either an indoor or outdoor stage.
Duran Duran recorded their performance six days earlier, playing five songs on an outdoor stage with video screens as a backdrop. Television audiences only saw the first two songs, "All You Need Is Now" and "Notorious". "Ordinary World", "Girl Panic!" and "A View to a Kill" were edited out, which are included on this bootleg. There are two "Girl Panic!" tracks, because during the first take Dominic Brown's guitar lead fell out.
The bootleg also features bonus tracks from the 2011 C3 Late Night Party in Austin and the Paper Magazine Beautiful People Party in New York on March 30, 2011.
