Ian Ross is a British graphic designer, whose work has included sleeve design for The Power Station's "She Can Rock It" single and the Living In Fear album released in 1996.

In the mid 1980s Ross began working at London's Bill Smith Studio, a well known music sleeve design studio. He was senior designer and director of the company, producing sleeves for artists such as Kate Bush, King Crimson, Mike Oldfield, Eric Clapton, Van Morrison, Sigue Sigue Sputnik, Led Zeppelin, Robert Palmer, Gary Moore and many more.

With his passion for album sleeve design, Ross set up his own studio in 2008 and moved to León in Northwest Spain the following year. His work also includes design for print, branding and websites.
