Composed by Simon Le Bon, John Taylor and Nick Rhodes, the instrumental was recorded during the demo sessions for the Big Thing album in 1988.
The musical piece is part of the song/medley "I Believe/All I Need to Know", comprising of the main instrumental part of the song "All I Need to Know".
The song/medley didn't make it on to the album and was instead used as the B-side on the 1988 single "All She Wants Is". The track has never been performed live but features on the unofficial album The Medicine.
