The film takes you on a journey into the Tuesday night Trannyshack, an alternative drag show in San Francisco, California, USA. Included is the life of Trannyshack, from its inception during the early-mid 1990s to life at the moment.
The documentary features beauty pageant drag queens exposed to the raw as talented men, who enjoy entertaining the audience for the sake of art, with original show footage included. There is behind-the-scenes footage and intimate interviews.
