The album is a collection of Duran Duran singles, compiled from the 1980s and 90s.

The compilation includes both the edit and the album version of "Electric Barbarella", a song which was the first to be available as a legal Internet download.

The CD was issued to select media outlets in anticipations of the Medazzaland album release in the USA, which features the track "Electric Barbarella".

Housed in a colour picture gatefold digi-pack sleeve, the CD was also included in the promo You Are Now Entering Medazzaland shoebox.
