About the book[]
This is the first book by English science fiction writer Neil Gaiman. The book covers the first four years of Duran Duran, from their beginnings in Birmingham to their hit singles including "Is There Something I Should Know?".
The book is a rare item, with only a small number of first editions produced before the publisher went out of business. It has never been republished.
Included are biographies of each member of the band, complete discographies of their records, critical analysis of their music and videos. It looks at the ingredients that went into Duran Duran, their lifestyles and features many coloured pictures.
The front cover features Duran Duran photography by Dutch-born Rolph Gobits.
