David Bowie: Songbook is a compilation album featuring Duran Duran, released by Connoisseur Collection in 1997.

About the albumEdit

The album is a collection of David Bowie cover songs, performed by various artists. The compilation includes Duran Duran's cover version of "Fame", a track originally released on the "Careless Memories" 12" single in 1981.

Live Aid co-founder Midge Ure is also featured, with a cover version of "The Man Who Sold The World". David Bowie also performed at Live Aid in 1985, performing a setlist featuring "Rebel Rebel", "Modern Love" and "Heroes" which are all covered on this album.
