2000: Golden Collection is an unofficial Duran Duran compilation album, released in Russia by Lighthouse during 2000.

About the album[]

This is a collection of Duran Duran songs, compiled from the band's 1981 debut single "Planet Earth" up to "Someone Else Not Me", released in 2000.

The compilation begins with the James Bond-movie theme "A View to a Kill" and continues with "Ordinary World", a track written by Simon Le Bon as the second trilogy of songs for his late friend David Miles.

Also featured is "Pop Trash Movie", originally written by TV Mania for Blondie.
